Self-Directed Support Strategic Work

Stakeholders are working with the Scottish Government to further this important agenda.

A reference group convened in June and October 2008 and in March this year. The group was made up of prominent members of the health and social care community including:

Local Authority leaders
Academics
Voluntary organisation directors

The members are considering a strategy to radically increase the uptake the uptake of Self-Directed Support in Scotland.
